Shipping & Delivery Information
At Go Deal, we’re committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the UAE and GCC countries. For international shipping outside the GCC, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Delivery Timeframes
- -Within UAE: 1–3 business days
- -GCC Countries: 3–7 business days (depending on location and customs)
- -Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer.
Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping Charges
- UAE Orders: Free shipping on orders over AED [X]; AED [Y] for orders below that.
- GCC Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, your package may be returned to us.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military or restricted areas
- Countries under trade embargoes
Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
